Fees for Participants 
(Participant has been defined as a person in attendance or giving financial support in the last 6 months.)

Sanctuary

Use of the Sanctuary for weddings and funerals:    No Charge
Organist:   Determined by organist
Soloist:   Determined by musician
Sound System Operator:  $30
Wedding Consultant:(Use at discretion of member):   $200
Wedding Bulletin:  $30  (Couple provides cover stock.)
Custodian Fee:  $30

Fellowship Hall

Use of Fellowship Hall
(Kitchen not used, provide own paper products and cooked food brought in)
Custodial Fee: $30

Use of Half Kitchen
(Includes refrigerator/freezer/sinks with cooking on the premises, provide own paper products): $50 
Overseer to open/close and check in from time to time: $50

OR

Use of Full Kitchen: (Includes above items plus dishwasher, coffee pots, etc.)
Same cost as above to participants.

Occasional use allowed by non-profit groups. Any exceptions to the participant rule would be at the discretion of the Pastor and two members of the Administrative Council.

Funeral Dinners for Participants

Pay for the cost of the ham.  Everything else is provided.


Fees for Non-Participants
(A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required to hold a date on our calendar for non-participants.)

Pastor:   Suggested Honorarium: $125
Use of the Sanctuary for weddings and funerals:  $200
Organist:  Determined by organist.
Soloist:  Determined by musician.
Sound System Operator:  $40
Wedding Consultant:  Optional $200
Wedding Bulletin:  $30 (Couple provides cover stock.)
Custodial Fee:  $50

Fellowship Hall

Overseer to open/close and check in from time to time: $50

Use of Fellowship Hall
(Kitchen not used, provide own paper products and cooked food brought in)
Including Custodial Fee:$80

Use of Half Kitchen
(Includes refrigerator/freezer/sinks with cooking on the premises, provide own paper products)$130
Total: $180

OR

Use of Full Kitchen: (Not available to non- members.)

Groups charging a fee for attendance would be charged regular fees.

Funeral Dinners for non-participants

    Rent of Hall:  $100.00
    $4.00 a plate (Minimum charge - is number of meals requested.  
       (example:  requested 50 meals but only 30 show up - payment would be for the 50 meals.)
    Pay the cost for the ham - the rest of the meal is provided.
